Shipping policy

Every effort is made to dispatch your order as soon as possible. All orders are processed after placing the order.

Handling, Transit, and Order Cut-off Time for the United States 

Handling time: 1-2 Days (Monday to Friday)

Transit time:  2-4 Days ( Monday to Friday)

Cut Off Time- 5.00 PM 

Our cut-off time for daily processing orders is 5.00 pm, so if you order after 5.00 pm, the order will be processed the following day.

What happens after I place an order?

You’ll receive a confirmation email from us after your order is placed, containing your order number and your order receipt. 

Please check your spam folder for the confirmation email if you don’t see it in your inbox.

If you don’t receive a confirmation email, please email us at hello@thehatpeople.co with the subject line “Order Confirmation Not Received” and someone from our team will get in touch with you.

We will reach out to you separately for items of a custom nature to ensure the proper customizations are applied. These items will only be processed and shipped out after we receive the customizations.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the order tracking page.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • In the event that a package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately.
  • We will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and provide a resolution to the issue.   

Undeliverable Packages:

  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will reach out to you to verify your shipping address.
  • If the package cannot be delivered, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item(s) less the original shipping charges.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • The prices displayed on our site are tax-included.

Order Cancellation:

  • We process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours.

Change Of Delivery Address: 

  • We cannot change the delivery address when it is in transit. 

    Please contact us to change the delivery address to your order within 24 hours of placing the order.
